I work nights sometimes so I'm occasionally late to the game. She was ripping the words out of my mouth. I've been an RM supporter since before MSNBC for her written journalism, not for her politics but for her professional skill. She's just damn good at her job. Her opening last night was about the best I've ever seen her do. She was on like Ive never seen her. My goodness we are blessed to have a journalist as talented as she is.

(2,006 posts)It really does open the door to the fundamental right to privacy of every citizen. The Constitution does not guarantee a right to privacy, it is inferred via illegal search and seizure and undo burden. Shit canning Roe overturns equal protection or at least makes it so weak it can barely stand. There are hundreds of las local and state across the board that rely on this precedent. While overall this decisions going to set back freedom 200 years, the affect it will have on local and state laws not about abortion is going to be nuts. For instance, most HOAs where half these fucks probably live, are able and protected to do what they do because of the equal protection clause. There are so many laws in this country based on the foundations of Griswold and Roe, and I mean thousands, I hope the courts are ready.
Think of their creativity back during the time of AIDS.some of the most creative, effective protests ever.
