Trumps crimes have become so severe, so dangerous, making Garlands political decision moot..

At this point, not indicting Trump would harm our country more than indicting him. Legally, Garland has more than enough evidence to charge Trump with multiple felonies. Our long history of never indicting a president may be coming to an end. Trump has given Garland no other choice. Trump at this moment is still trying to obstruct justice. He is still inciting violence. He must be removed from our society.

Hang on tight, it's going to be a hell of a ride.

an unsuccessful prosecution does more harm than no prosecution.

The need is for a very clear conviction.

That it would be better to prosecute than not to do so. Maybe you missed her saying that. She said it to Nicolle Wallace.

moot - deprived of practical significance : made abstract or purely academic

mute: unable to speak : lacking the power of speech

How bad does it have to get for a president to be held accountable? Murder?
Well he did say he could kill somebody on Fifth Ave.

The whole 2016 Russian mess is just a small part of the big picture. Seditious conspiracy, obstruction of justice, unending financial grift, and on and on. It seems like a mega Rico case, among other things.

that Garland's decision is forced, making any political concerns ( "looks" ) moot/meaningless.

IMO, TFG is in Jefferson Davis territory,
AND MORE PEOPLE IN HIGH PLACES SHOULD SAY SO.

Not just the rubes who know it and are proud of it.
