So keep talking, shitheads. Shouting "We're going to take even more of your rights away" sounds like a real vote-getter in November!

So assuming that the Supreme Court doesn't hear and rule on the North Carolina legislature's case before the selection, Why in the world would the repukes want to pass these crazy judgments that 80% of the American population hate? They may be evil, but they're great long term planners. Why in the world would they show their hand when they know they're going to infuriate a bunch of voters come November?

Did they just jump the gun and get ahead of themselves? Or do they have a more nefarious plan in store for us come November? Are they just going to claim fraud before the votes are counted and expect to win that way? Or are we missing something and falling into a trap?

I'm sorry, I just cannot believe that they've given us this much ammunition so quickly. Once again, I just don't believe that they're stupid, doing crazy stuff without a plan.

11. I've said this for years

That we need to show the masses that one party (us) stands for protecting rights and lives, the "other" ("other" because there is no longer a Republican "party" ) wants to destroy rights and ruin lives. That if people realize the QOP is going to crush everyone who isn't white, cishet and male, they might think twice about voting for these goons and giving them power.

Well, the QOP is doing that for us, by continuing to run their mouths after Roe was overturned. I think people are beginning to see what a QOP-controlled nation would be like should these ratfuckers get back in power.

That said? We should get loud too. "They're going to take all of your rights away!" should be one of the campaign slogans this summer and fall. Because it's the truth. They will take all of our rights away.
