Will the anti abortion states ban home pregnancy tests?

Unless they somehow manage to establish “pregnancy test checkpoints” at all airports and on every road leading out of a state - which would be extremely hard because every state has a lot of little back roads that cross the state line - the only way they could absolutely assure they knew who every pregnant woman was is to make sure all pregnancy testing was done in a doctor’s office.

So…what are the odds the antis will take home pregnancy tests off the shelves of stores?

Just like they do with alcohol. If states make item's illegal to ship into their state, Amazon will not let that order be completed.

(Otoh, it did turn up a blatantly oppressive bill in Alabama that would require a negative pregnancy test from a doctor or medical lab before purchasing medical marijuana. The test would have to be conducted within 48 hours of the purchase.)

It seems likely the government's best sources of information about a crime would be malicious relatives and acquaintances, with supporting evidence from subpoenaed electronic records, testimony, etc.

They will force women to go to a hospital, clinic or doctors office, where a positive test will then required to be reported.

Eventually, race will be a factor on the follow up to positive tests. White women will be especially targeted in order to make sure the pregnancy is not terminated.

Women of color, they won’t give a shit and eventually will undergo forced abortions if the white supremacists get their way.

You want to be sure you aren’t pregnant to know if it’s safe to drink alcohol or take some medicine that you’ve been prescribed. Or periods have stopped and it could be a medical condition. Or you want to plan the nursery.
