I'd also add, just because someone isn't happy with the way things are going, doesn't mean they won't vote or that they think Republicans will do a better job.

Talked to my son and his girlfriend over the weekend. They are both frustrated with a number of things, but they understand that voting is the way to change it and that voting for Republicans fucks it up worse.

None of the Gen Z's I know mince words, nor do they have much patience for pretending that they are happy with stuff, but they do tend to be able to see which side will get them a better deal. And these two have voted in every election since they turned 18, they get their friends to the polls too.
