he has that asshole idiot John Podhoretz on... Trying to depress democratic voters with out of date polls.
Turning it off.

(115,661 posts)He's unbearably hyper; he reminds me of one of those tubular things with the waving arms that you see in front of used car dealerships.

(130,860 posts)and I suspect he did not select podhoretz.
I don't care for Amy Walter much, and see her too often.
He knows his stuff, and I love his enthusiasm and the way he has embraced his uniform. It's so cute!
Podhoretz's avuncular sweater threw me off... I was relieved when I looked online to confirm that he was a Republican.

(35,648 posts)No wonder he has this point of view. Hes a Republican.
I tried to watch but couldnt.
Most of the time I like Kornacki. I agree he is too hyper and needs to tone it down. He and his partner used to go to my friend Amandas house in maplewood for dinner; I think she said she once tried to tell him but it blew right by him. Had no effect whatsoever.
I dont work with her anymore so cant mention it again.
This segment was just boring to me, so I tried switching around to other networks. Got so sick of hearing the lead story over and over again.

(53,764 posts)at his job, he always seemed right-leaning to me in his segments.
This confirms it.

(3,023 posts)And they should have David Plouffe talking for the Democrats.
The Democrat they have on there has been on a bunch of losing campaigns.

(5,811 posts)her hour instead of my man Lawrence the fucks just poured out. I changed the channel and watched my saved Couples Court episodes. Tuesday will be Kornacki day all day. My TV will be off.

(6,793 posts)MSNBC was doing. Steve was dissing Cortes from Nevada and implying Laxalt would win. Disaster, disaster for Democrats so says Hyper 👦 Boy.

(94,489 posts)I would agree with his assessment. If you disagree, perhaps you should take it up with Governor Sisolak who told me the same thing. The takeover of the Nevada Democratic Party by DSA has put a lot of candidates at risk.

(1,305 posts)Kornacki is comfortable like an old shoe or the smell of pot roast on a Sunday afternoon. Yes, he is hyperactive and he can be provocative, but he has that earnest puppy dog quality that I find endearing.

(6,280 posts).... nor do I particularly like him. I like the big board election segments because of the information and breakdowns. He is good at it.
I am pretty sure Steve kornacki is liked by a lot more people than he is disliked by. I really have my doubts that they would keep him on the air as long as they have if he was as offensive as some people make him out to be. I would guess he goes to sleep every night wrapped comfortably in his long-term security blanket.

(29,199 posts)everything HAS to be a horse race... and if it isn't a close race then there is endless speculation on how, possibly, it will evolve to be a horse race.
PA Senate, PA Governor, Georgia Senate, etc.
Some of these show the Repukes to be down by 10 points... but, according to Kornacki and his "pundits", the Democrats are in trouble... it is really closer than it looks... history shows that the President's party always lose in the midterms... the President is really unpopular, blah blah blah
Those polls that say the President is unpopular NEVER dive into why the person polled is not happy right now. If someone were to poll ME I would give answers which allow the pollster to say that I think the country is headed the wrong direction. But it is because I think corporations are taking advantage and gouging the customers, that we need to spend more on climate change, etc.
Liberals are unhappy because a minority of people are dictating how the rest of us live.

The "Kornacki cam" that shows him pacing around and scribbling notes when he's off air cracks me up, though.
