Go Ask Alex: Phase Two

"A man who lies to himself, and believes his own lies becomes unable to recognize truth, either in himself or anyone else, and he ends up losing respect for himself and for others. When he has no respect for anyone, he can no longer love, and, in order to divert himself, having no love in him, he yields to his impulses, indulges in the lowest forms of pleasure, and behaves in the end like an animal. And it all comes from lying -- lying to others and to yourself." -- Fyodor Dostoevsky

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Alex Jones for proving, in a very public trial, that Dostoevsky was correct.

And I actually do thank the plaintiffs, their legal team, and the judge in this case for exposing the filth known as info-wars.

I hope to thank the jury soon.

Exposing Jone's as a perjurer and, most likely, providing evidence to support his role in the Insurrection. I imagine there will be a lot of emails/texts that implicate some of the key players in the Insurrection planning. This could be a key to unravel the whole Conspiracy to overthrow our Democracy.

I think that is the pot at the end of a rainbow. There is zero doubt in my mind that Jones played a much more coordinated role in the insurrection that has been documented. That will change, soon. The guy is dangerous, as is his platform.

3. And Alex is just one in a long line of LIARS

...starting at the very top with TFG and MOST of the Republican party, who have relentlessly conned and bamboozled a huge segment of the American public with lies, lies, and more lies. They constantly goose their followers with sharp sticks made of a toxic mix of these lies, hyperventilated conspiracies, and fear mongering. If they aren't doing the bamboozling themselves, then they are very busy condoning it with the complicity of silence. Kind of like TFG's behavior on J6, sitting, watching, and doing nothing to stop it.

There should be lawsuits filed EVERYWHERE, against Faux, OAN, all purveyors of Hate Radio(!!!), and churches spewing lies from pulpits. This horrible brainwashing of the Americaan public is tearing us apart at the seams and simply must be stopped. If we base lawsuits on the same strategy and caselaw as this one against Alex Jones, tell me how that can't work?

I'd love to see them all drug out before a judge and jury and made to pay for their LIES and the damage they are doing to this nation!!!

While Fox primarily goes after public figures, creating a different standard, this trial is a great reminder of a resource that we as non=public figures can access. There are creative lawyers out there, as we have seen in this case.

Who would choose to be that hateful and loveless? How did they get like this? So many souls wasted, it’s painful to comprehend.

My theory is that creation ran out of good souls to fill our overabundant humankind, and there are a solid 30% walking around empty.

I remember some Clan Mothers -- some Iroquois, some Lakota -- saying that there were going to be humans born lacking souls. In a non-religious sense, I would say severe anti-social personality disordered and sociopaths fit that general description. I think that we are there now.

I'm intrigued by your post regarding the Iroquois' and Lakota's.....

I have some unconventional New-Thought/New-Age spiritual beliefs. I have considered that some of these humans literally have no souls.

I'd love to know your access to this information...(only if you're comfortable).

Thank you....

26. Sure.

In my lifetime, I've been friends with a number of people that, in ways, might be considered outside of the "normal" school of American/western thought -- whatever the heck normal is. One was my mentor Rubin Carter, the middleweight boxer that the movie "The Hurricane" was based on. The second would be Onondaga Chief Paul Waterman. I served as his top assistant for decades. (Besides my "normal" job in mental health!) And I've been close friends with some Lakota people for many decades, and from time to time participate in ceremony with them.

I don't know if you are familiar with Oren Lyons, the Faithkeeper for the Onondaga. He sat next to Paul at the Ononfaga Coincil of Chiefs, and the Iroquois Grand Council. There are good films of him on youtube; I especially like his being interviewed by Bill Moyers. I think you would enjoy his presentations.

74. Very interesting.

I live in Canandaigua, NY, right in the "western-middle" of the Iroquois region. The Treaty of Canandaigua was signed here in 1794 between the Haudenosaunee and a representative of George Washington.
The Seneca story says they were birthed south of here in a gorge below South Hill when the earth split open.

Ganondagan Historic Site is about 20 minutes away.

I suspect you know all of this and much more.

So many people are going to be investigated and hopefully charged on the evidence on that phone.

This trial isn't about January 6th, it's about a tragedy that happened 10 years ago. But the stuff on his phone is all current. Who he spoke with, texted, and met with for the last couple of years. They're all going to receive subpoenas very soon. I hope it includes several Repuke Senators and Representatives too.

He was a 911 Truther as well. If you know anyone in media, this could be a timely story.

Jones also had a sister channel called Prison Planet. The conspiracy was that our souls were electronically imprisoned in a grid like form keeping our souls from going back to god, source, or spirit.

Side note: The Podesta - Hillary emails were hacked and Rusky hackers used Pedophile code words in Podestas emails to make him and the Dems look like a cabal of baby killers and even eaters! They used a B rated horror movie to show kids tied to chairs witnessing an open chested cadaver where the dinner party ate from. The narrative was that these children tied to chairs were next to eat! This also led to the Pizza Gate conspiracy when a man with a long arm came to DC and opened fire believing it was true!

After reading the rapid fashion in which AJs lawyer requested a mistral that this was planned. Jone’s version of invading the Ardennes or Hail Mary.

AJ has already been convicted of defamation it is now just a matter of how much it’s gonna cost and that looks to be very large. So in his mind he’s got nothing to lose but to hope that this very unusual act… when Jone’s lawyer was notified that he “messed up” and sent the total contents of AJs phone he did not claim the material privileged or ask for it back. So I think they were really hoping for the “mistrial” verdict.

57. It fits the MO...

“Of oh, geez I didn’t know, it was a mistake”. It’s what DT and his entire administration did.

Example- They knew perfectly well how to hammer HRC over sensitive documents handling and use. Then when they got into office they did the same thing but suddenly they were “new to government, they didn’t know how the process worked”. This happened time and again by his cabinet secretaries all the way up to DT. Ignorance or incompetence used to not be a shield of immunity but it was for this admin.

This very well could be a genuine mistake but by now I am very very skeptical about this.

43. I don't think so.

But I respect that others do. On another Alex thread, people were suggesting that. I noted that even the best lawyers make little mistakes from time to time. Lesser gifted ones are more prone to making bigger errors. This is the biggest case this guy has ever handled -- the one he will be remembered for. Lots of pressure, including it being filmed. Add to that he has a client he cannot control. There were thus high tensions in his office. I've heard that it was a paralegal assistant who sent the information to the opposing atorney. His not checking everything he/she sent is an error that could very easily happen. That makes more sense, in my opinion, than the purposeful sending of things that the J6 Committee and DOJ want.

71. LOL Kickapoo about as effective as his Covid "cures"

https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2020/04/06/alex-jones-bogus-coronavirus-cures

Alex Jones’s Bogus Coronavirus Cures
The Infowars founder is one of many opportunists trying to profit off the global health crisis. SuperSilver toothpaste, anyone?

On March 6th, government officials in Austin, Texas, cancelled South by Southwest, because of covid-19. Although the cancellation would surely save lives, it would also, the festival’s organizers said in a statement, take a toll on “hundreds of small businesses.” But at least one small business in Austin did not let the crisis go to waste. Infowars is a group of Web sites—a “news” blog, audio and video feeds, an online store—founded by Alex Jones, the nation’s most prolific disinformation agent who does not hold elective office. (One of Jones’s most prominent fans, Donald Trump, once told him, on air, “Your reputation is amazing.”) In a video broadcast the day after South by Southwest was called off, Jones and a guest speculated that the reason was not concern for public safety but rather a “psy-op”—a psychological operation to sow panic and consolidate government power. “Controlling people is a stopgap,” Jones said. “But having antivirals, getting your immune system healthy—that is the answer. And, yes, folks, we sell great antivirals.”

Jones is best known for his paranoid rants, which have brought him some revenue in the form of online ads, but he makes most of his income as a snake-oil salesman. The Infowars store sells hundreds of products, from “nutraceuticals” to “tactical pens” to “survival food” (dried beans and the like, perfect for stocking a bunker). For the past few weeks, nearly every food item has been sold out. A note on the site read, “Our expanded team is focusing on and will deliver the tens of thousands of orders already in our queue as we work diligently through this national emergency together.”

Read The New Yorker’s complete news coverage and analysis of the coronavirus pandemic.
Many of Jones’s “health and wellness” products contain colloidal silver: SuperSilver Whitening Toothpaste, SuperSilver Wound Dressing Gel, ABL Nano Silver Gargle. Colloidal silver has only one known effect on the body—if you take too much of it, your skin might turn blue. Still, disaster-prepper types have long touted it as a cure for viral ailments, from H.I.V. to the common cold. “This stuff kills the whole sars-corona family at point-blank range,” Jones said in a live stream on March 10th. “It kills every virus.” This is not true. On March 6th, the F.D.A. had issued an open letter, warning, “There currently are no vaccines, pills, potions, lotions, lozenges or other prescription or over-the-counter products available to treat or cure coronavirus disease.” Jones was only one of many opportunists advertising bogus coronavirus cures. Jim Bakker, the televangelist, was also selling a colloidal-silver gel; on Facebook, Vivify Holistic Clinic advertised a “very strong boneset tea.”

Although the Infowars studio is in Texas, none of that state’s officials did anything to derail Jones’s sales pitch. But since Infowars content is viewable wherever people have Internet, including New York, this state’s consumer-protection laws apply. “Whenever there’s heightened fear and hysteria, we start to see scammers,” Letitia James, New York’s attorney general, said recently. “We see stores around Brooklyn selling hand sanitizer for eighty dollars a bottle. We see people setting up fake charities—phishing attempts, essentially. We see medical scams—Web sites that have a magic cure. We have a responsibility to take action against anything that is putting New Yorkers in danger.”

James instructed Lisa Landau, the chief of her office’s health-care bureau, to send Jones a cease-and-desist letter. In a footnote, Landau acknowledged that the Infowars site did include some vague verbiage disclaiming liability, but that its “miniscule font size makes it unlikely that potential customers will read or even see the disclaimer.”

Days later, a new disclaimer appeared, this one in a non-minuscule font: “The products sold on this site are not intended for use in the cure, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of any disease, including the novel coronavirus.” Near the disclaimer, however, was a link to products such as a “Build the Wall, Protect Texas” T-shirt, George Washington socks (“We need to broadcast true Americana everywhere we go to shut down globalist censorship”), and bottles of ABL Nano Silver Gargle (sold out, wait list available). “This is the plan, folks,” Jones said. “They plan on, if they’ve fluoridated you and vaccinated you and stunned you and mesmerized you with the TV and put you in a trance, on killing you.” Meanwhile, “they” were determined “to make sure you don’t learn about the known antivirals that are in the environment.”

“He has added a new disclaimer, but he hasn’t stopped selling the products,” James said. “We are still in contact with his lawyers, and, at a certain point, if they refuse to comply with our order, then enough is enough.” Meaning what? “Meaning we hit them with an array of violations, we issue subpoenas, and we could haul them to court,” she said. “My advice to Mr. Jones and any other scammers out there would be to heed our warnings, because, when we go to court, we have a pretty high success rate.” ♦

56. ...when he's two feet tall,

to paraphrase a great band from San Francisco.

What a pathetic excuse for a human being.

To quote from another popular song, Jones seems to feel that life is but a joke. He's soon to find out it can get very serious indeed.

60. Very good!

My son told me that Jones used to drink a quart of whiskey on another internet talk show. I cannoy say that I never did when I was young, after retiring from the ring and going to college. But not to go on air! We used to experiment with other things during that phase of life, and listen to both of those songs. I liked Jimi's version the best.

Odd how many people that extend those behaviors die early. Maybe there is hope? And if Alex croaks, we send thoughts and prayers?

65. Agreed on the Hendrix version.

Masterpiece.

Yep, I've got those Ts and Ps ready for Alex the Joker all right.

He sure looks like a candidate for a sudden cardiac event. Like Roger Stone, Trump, Bannon, and so many other monstrous midgets, he somehow lumbers on, fueled by sheer damn depravity and meanness, I guess.

It occurred to me today that Jones might fake his own death or just disappear to some hideout to avoid incarceration or penury. But narcissists like him would shrivel and die without the attention -- not to mention his obvious addiction to the obscene amounts of ill-gotten cash tht will disappear when he "retires."

66. Hendrix's music

still stands strong.

I would not be surprised if Jones gets a few months in jail that his ticker gives out. I consider him as dangerous as any of them, including Flynn, Stone, and Bannon. I look forward to them all being subjected to civil and criminal charges. They need to be incarcerated.

72. I think so, too.

Jones continues to spout shit on his show. I'm reminded of a documentary I recently watched, that included information on the very negative impact that air pollution has on dogs' brains. Listening to a clip of Alex yesterday, I was questioning what that boy has been inhaling?

73. Right.

I think that both Eastman and Meadows will fold under increasing DOJ pressure, and that Trump is in for a fall.

75. Truth in Advertising (& public broadcasting?)

When the Federal Trade Commission finds a case of fraud perpetrated on consumers, the agency files actions in federal district court for immediate and permanent orders to stop scams; prevent fraudsters from perpetrating scams in the future; freeze their assets; and get compensation for victims. When consumers see or hear an advertisement, whether it’s on the Internet, radio or television, or anywhere else, federal law says that ad must be truthful, not misleading, and, when appropriate, backed by scientific evidence.

It could be tricky to enforce but I've long wondered if this couldn't be adapted to cover not just "advertising" but public broadcasting of any kind of lies.
