The assumption (which I don't think is wise) is that with the search warrant served, all the top secret documents have been returned to the US government. I suspect they will find many missing documents that they did not recover from Trump. This will be the story in a month or two, where are all the missing documents. This will prove as damning as the missing 19 minutes of tape that drove Nixon from the White House
