I had a nightmare...
I woke myself screaming — and no one could hear me…
Now I’m lying here bathed in panic sweat… Afraid to go back to sleep… That is all…

2. Half pint of 90 proof. If you see your liver slithering out the door, you overdid it.

3. I had night terrors as a child and those were terrifying. But as an adult I once dreamed
that we were all living inside George Bush's head. His thoughts and beliefs determined how things went and what took place. Only we didn't know that until we did. Far worse than my night terrors, and those things scared everyone in the house.

4. One theory about dreams is that they represent unresolved issues.
I've done the exact same thing as you. I have awakened myself just plainly screaming and screaming "stop" repeatedly in a recurring dream.
I also have a recurring dream where I wake myself up pressing my right foot hard, on the footboard of the bed after having taken a maniacal high speed drive on a road surrounded by brick walls. Any thoughts? I hope you can get back to sleep. If that's what you want. ❤️ |

6. Yes. Edibles for me.
Best sleep ever. Doesn't take much. No lasting effects in the morning. Legal in Florida with a doctor rec. Just tell the doctor you can't sleep well.

7. Just renewed my medical Marijuana license
so I can continue to have a delicious indica edible about 2 hours before bed. Puts me to sleep 😴 too.
