The news report Trump went through the documents himself is damning evidence.

It looks like there are plenty of witnesses in the secret document investigation which is bad news for Trump. Trump himself decided what documents to send back to the archives and what ones he would illegally keep, hide. Trump fucked up, he usually gets someone else to do his dirty work for him. This time he did the dirty work himself and he is fucked.

I have no doubt Trump is going to indicted. It's just a matter of time.

He needs to be indicted, tried, convicted, sentenced, and incarcerated. Then he can stroke out if he likes.

If he dies before, then millions will forever after say "he was hounded to death by the deep state" and millions more will believe it and not hear about the traitorous espionage and obstruction.

But I think I like your fate for him better.

I'd let him sit there in his soiled diaper for hours moaning and crying.

I'd also have him propped in front of a TV that played nothing but MSNBC 24/7. Maybe for a change of pace, show footage of all the people happy to see Obama.

The evidence is there.

When we see Mark Meadows go before a grand jury then expect an indictment. Garland is an institutionalist so he will consider the sanctity between a president and his Chief of Staff. With that said, these stolen document crimes are so egregious that Garland has no choice but to indict. I think.

"the right documents." I would bet on Flynn, Stone, and Manafort and as per back channel
communications with Russia/Vlad, Saudi Arabia, China, and ?? I would bet on Erik Prince, Bannon,
Flynn and Manafort. I would not rule out links to Russia via Fox News/Murdoch family. Also it
looks like Merde a Logo was wide open, had the stolen documents and God only knows who all
went through there?*

to tell the NA that all the documents were sent back. Lawyers can knowingly lie.

Another witness saw trump personally go through docs and decide which ones he wanted to keep and which to sent back.

Both things reported this morning on "Morning Joe."

The ruling that he appears to be relying on appears to say that the determination between "presidential records" and "personal records" is at the president's sole discretion to make. Now... that's supposed to happen as the records is created. But it could damage that defense (which might not be made for months) to have someone else segregate things based on their own interpretation of what belonged in each category.

Tue Oct 4, 2022, 12:06 PM

The dude stole top secret, classified documents. Got caught red handed. Multiple documents. To me, there is no way that he can claim those documents are his, a "Presidential record," or anything but what they are. That should get him twenty years in Supermax. So, to me it's small potatoes trying to figure out if his grocery list is a Presidential record, for which there is no penalty under PRA.

There's enough evidence there that would have you or I in our 3rd day of trial already.

I've said this before here, I'm guessing there were risk assessments done about how much civil unrest it would cause with an indictment that showed a too dangerous situation. The feet dragging is on purpose.

He's too big to be indicted.
