Lawyers! SC justices are under oath in senate confirmation hearings, subject to purjory?

I am asking, if so why havent we done something about the 3 that lied about Roe?

At least talked about doing something even if Moscow Mitch is able to stop anything from happening?

They will just say their position "evolved" no matter how ridiculous the claim. hlthe2b Oct 2022 #1
Of course, but we should be making something out of this. Eliot Rosewater Oct 2022 #3

They didn't perjure themselves. They said Roe was settled law. rsdsharp Oct 2022 #7

Alito lied about Roe as well.

We know for certain that Boof Boy lied in both his SCOTUS confirmation and the prior one for the Court of Appeals.

I would like the Congress to pass the same ethics rules for SCOTUS as all of the rest of the Federal Judiciary.

Now, however, opening up the non-investigation of folks like Kavanaugh might be more fruitful.

Just saying...

That was true. They said they have respect for stare decisis. That may well be true, but is opinion in any case. They never said, NOR WERE THEY EVER ASKED, if they would overturn Roe if given a chance.
