Anyone know about this "box 3" controversy in Arizona?

Apparently there was some misinformation spreading about voters not to use "box 3" which caused a huge problem for election workers in AZ. This is being discussed right now on a live Maricopa election press conference.

I dont know the details on what this is about but apparently it was caused by some GOP leaders in AZ.

i did find this but still not not entirely sure what the issue is.

2. Its an emergency (secure) storage box if the scanners aren't working

Republicans will argue either that 1) votes placed there WEREN'T counted, or it was pre-loaded with fake ballots that WERE covered.

3. On Election Day there were issues with the printers and tabulating machines

Ballots weren’t being read. As a solution they were inserted in “box 3” for manual counting later. This is the same box the early ballots were dropped off in.
There were 17K that will break for Lake probably fairly heavy.
Except that most have been counted already. There’s supposedly only 5k left.
But Charlie Kirk and Jim Hoft have been pumping their followers full of copium that these will save Qari.
