Pentagon / Secret Service / DHS Obstructed Justice

They each destroyed communications they had been ordered to protect.

Phones of top Pentagon officials were wiped of Jan. 6 messages

Secret Service Jan. 6 texts erased despite Congress’ request

DHS inspector general knew of missing Secret Service texts months earlier than previously known

Key agencies have deleted text messages from Jan. 6. Are they gone for good?

Can the January 6 Committee hold the agencies and their leadership to account?

These erasures of government records seems the kind of thing that would be of interest to Special Counsel Jack Smith.

…a photo from inside the Capitol on January 6, possibly taken by Jonathan Ernst / Getty Images. Still searching for confirmation.

Surprised to learn in the search that Getty Images now is owned by Carlyle Group.

I’m not sure if they can continue when Congress adjourns or not. I’m not sure. but even if they have another couple weeks they need to hurry.

If nothing else, they destroyed evidence and are advancing Trump’s conspiracy to overthrow the election.

They all are part of the Executive branch which is headed by President Biden. He can hold them accountable if he wishes.

These are public employees who destroyed evidence needed to investigate Trump’s criminality.

I hope DoJ throws the book at Trump and all of Trump’s co-conspirators — elected, appointed, supportive and in every other wise. I think President Biden does, too.
