5. The public servants who ordered the erasures need to be held to account.

If nothing else, they destroyed evidence and are advancing Trump’s conspiracy to overthrow the election.

3. These are not independent agencies.

They all are part of the Executive branch which is headed by President Biden. He can hold them accountable if he wishes.

6. Jack Smith's portfolio has gotta glow red hot.

These are public employees who destroyed evidence needed to investigate Trump’s criminality.

I hope DoJ throws the book at Trump and all of Trump’s co-conspirators — elected, appointed, supportive and in every other wise. I think President Biden does, too.
