You cannot be your own judge and jury. Doesn't mean tRump won't try, and cause a big fancy lawsuit project, all the way to the Supremes, but it still will not fly.

Self-pardons do not appear to be constitutional. Otherwise, TFG would have done a self-pardon before he left office

If a president could pardon themselves, what would constrain them from breaking every law imaginable while in office and simply going, "Too bad. Pardon!"

This is kind of wacky even for your usual armchair internet constitutional scholars.
