The recent transcripts released by the committee read like a confession.

Text messages , e-mails, testimony from witnesses admitting what we witnessed with are own eyes really happened.

At this point it is clear. It is impossible for the DOJ not to take action. The American people witnessed the crimes. They have seen the overwhelming evidence. There is enough evidence to get convictions.

The coup plotters are going to be indicted. I don't know who, how many, but a lot people are going to be indicted.

At this point, if the DOJ decided not to take any action against the coup plotters. It would destroy the DOJ. The outcry, the backlash would be incredible. Garland would be finished. Biden would have to remove him or Biden would be blamed, politically ruined.

The debate on whether or not the coup plotters will be indicted will be coming to an end, sooner than later.

I have had the football snatched out one too many times to put any faith in Lucy at all.

This is where the naysayers are making their mistake. They are comparing what happened in the past to what is happening now.

These investigations are not like Mueller investigation.

These investigations are not like the impeachment trials.

These investigations are about an ex-president who tried to over throw our country. Who stole secret documents. This is a whole different ball game.

What happened in the past is irrelevant.

What is your confidence level that Trump will be indicted on any felony in between now and Summer? Mine, for example would be in the 25% range....

I have no idea how the DOJ is going to handle the indictments. Will they indict the coup plotters around Trump first, then Trump. That could happen.

An indictment in the secret document investigation could come at any time. That entire incident and investigation has been very strange, hard to figure out. It's shit like this that makes people believe nothing will happen to Trump. One day we will learn the truth of what the hell was going on.

The Georgia investigation is near the end of the investigative stage. That could go to a regular grand jury soon. They could bring forward indictments in the next few months. DA Willis seems very determined to hold people accountable, including Trump.

They have to put the evidence together in order to win in court. That takes time. It takes as long as it takes. The J6 committee did not have to do this.

When the DOJ is ready they will indict and when they indict, it will not be too late no matter what anybody says or believes.

Almost all of the witnesses were Republicans. This wasn't a partisan witch hunt because the people who were around Trump and his coup-plotters were all Republicans. They are the ones who told their stories to illustrate the mosaic of Trump's criminal attempts to cling to the presidency.

I expect the DOJ to take decisive actions against the plotters and their inept leader. The evidence appears overwhelming but should Garland not pursue these crimes aggressively, our country will be broken irretrievably.
