Andrew Weissmann confirms the DOJ is still investigating, collecting evidence in the secret document

investigation. Weissmann was on the Last Word last night. Trump and his team of corrupt lawyers may still be withholding evidence, committing crimes.

Trump hired someone to do a search of certain properties to locate missing documents. Another con job? They found a couple of documents and turned them over to the DOJ. The DOJ just went to a judge to force Trumps team to give them the names of the people who conducted the search. The judge agreed with the DOJ. The DOJ obviously believes they are being lied too, again.

There is a lot going on in all the investigations we don't know about. The experts on the news don't know about.

On thing we do know is this. All the investigations are moving forward and not slowing down.

1) Did the searchers have top secret clearance to even look at such documents?
2) Did the searchers collect collateral evidence in the proximity of any said documents that would show Trump was aware he was in possession of those documents?
3) Are the documents found even legitimate, or did the searchers plant this evidence?

With no DOJ oversight or direct involvement in this process, all the evidence has been tainted -- which is probably the real reason for this activity, so TFG could not be implicated in crimes with any of the new documents.

I wonder if the DOJ will file obstruction of justice charges against TFG or those in his orbit for this activity.

Secret documents containing national secrets which would be hugely damaging if they fell into the wrong hands.

NARA first asked for the documents in February 2021.

It's January 2023.
