Jan 9, 9:57 PM EST: Rachel announced that the trail of two of the Proud Boys Jan 6 ringleaders that was supposed to start Jan 10 was delayed for one day to Jan 11. Turns out one of their lawyers just had his law license revoked!!!
Norm Pattis, the lawyer who represented Alex Jones during his defamation trial in Connecticut over the summer, had his license to practice law suspended by a judge for six months for releasing cellphone and medical records related to Sandy Hook.
The guy who installed the septic tank when I built my house 15 years ago told me "The big pieces always float to the top."

(10,045 posts)I am happy the Judge only granted them one day, I suppose because there are other attorneys on the case.

(16,351 posts)I heard it, and I actually chuckled, because I find it hilarious that those particular guys would have hired a lawyer who would do something skeevy enough to lose his license to practice law. Kind of makes you wonder where they found that guy.
