You know what an "expert" is, don't you? "Ex-" meaning former; "spurt" is a drip under pressure--so an "expert" is a former drip under pressure.....

Never met a fruit I didnt like, but coffee is a staple beverage in life.
Howd you do during the storm, ok?
About 10 here no ice. No power loss.

(32,673 posts)me to cutdown to one one cup. Thats from five or six.
I think I can do it. One cup then about 4 cups of green tea. I eat lots of blueberries, fresh and frozen wild ones in my protein smoothie. Can keep bananas around very long or they go fast.
When I was in Italy, loved how they eat. Small little grocery store with only fresh food and nothing else. Then they shopped every day. You havent had real mozzarella cheese until youve had Water Buffalo mozzarella.

(9,715 posts)And moved slowly to black tea. It lasted about a year idk how it happened but now its a half caf mix my wife makes. We have the ingredients for our herbal tea growing in the yard, its full of antioxidants and antivirals along with other benefits.
Dont have a pacemaker but my cardiologist said the little amount of caffeine I take in now is not going to make any difference.
We used to have a 32 cup coffee brewer that lasted all day, last cup was right before bed. Now one 12 cup pot split between us two with half caf. If I need a real boost in the am Ill down an extra B-12 tablet.
