There’s one more witness today and after that, they can deliberate and vote. Maybe there will be a decision this afternoon or maybe not.

The grand jury hearing evidence in the Trump Hush money payment investigation reconvenes today. We don’t know if there’s another witness. They could also ask to review evidence or recall a witness…or they could take an historic vote today on whether to indict a former president.

The grand jury consists of 23 people. Just a majority, 12, have to vote in favor of the indictment based on “probable cause.” It’s a low bar. You’ve probably heard the cliché that a prosecutor can “indict a ham sandwich.” More coverage this morning on @ABC7NY


There's other reporters that cover the courts I'm sure but I can't recall any names.

I think Kyle Cheney covers this stuff but I don't know if he's "on the scene".
