What? 30 minutes? And they ran for the exits?

Why did they even go to Trump’s rally in Waco? What took them so long before they decided to leave?

All the interesting questions and yet Trump kept going for an hour in front of any empty venue!

Remember, those who were at Trump’s rally is only a small portion of his supporters! He is not done and will be trouble if they don’t convict him him within the months to come!

that he's more a spent bottle rocket. And that his 'supporters' really aren't all that interested anymore.

It seems to me that the real danger now lies in the extremism that has been normalized to take over his party - as witnessed by what is occurring in dozens of statehouses across the country. The cornerstones of democracy are being pulled down (in real time) without any help whatsoever from Donald Trump.

I heard they had to wait for hours until T showed and they had no chairs, no guns, and no toasters.

People come to his rallies, he makes them wait for an eternity for him to come out. He comes out to "God Bless the USA." Fist pump. Fist pump. Hand job. Double hand job. Fist pump. Thumbs up Survey the audience with his Mussolini pose. Fist pump. Double thumbs up. Spew the same tired grievances and lies for an hour and a half. Fist pump while "YMCA" plays in the background. Hand job, hand job, double hand job. More chin-jutting Mussolini poses. More thumbs up. Same shit. Different day. Even his cult followers are growing bored with his shit. It's not surprising that they have been walking out early.

they all sorta blend together and look the same after a while
If there is a party vote i will do that....I care about who is running things.

I think everyone should go to a state convention if you are curious.
I now attend only if the convention is near by and there are open spots on the delegate list.

Do i listen to the speeches? mostly not. Some years I barely make it into the main hall.
In all truth and honesty, some of our pols give essentially the same damn speech year after year after year.
Its like the movie groundhog day.......

Why do i go?
Basic dem battery recharge. I have met some great fellow dems over time and it allows me a chance to be social.
I might or will make some connections in the exhibit hall that will be useful...Notice i said exhibit hall not the main hall.
The exhibit hall is where business is done.

Am i apt to leave early?
Hell yeah.

suspect repeat trumpers who attend a bunch of these things are pretty much the same
Do not mistake folks getting what they came for and hitting the road with lack of interest.

Remember, the one where his state party chairman was like a 17 year old kid, that there was no headquarters no signs no bumper stickers no nothing. All he did was get votes and win. Never make any assumptions about a fascist movement.

...he's not unknown to as many as he was back then, and there's no significant number giving him the benefit of the doubt that matches what he was gifted with when he advanced to the WH.
