When those tax returns are released, you know it won't be that.

It is like the corporate tax rate maxing out at 35%, and Romney wants to make it ZERO.
Well many of the richest corporations pay NO TAXES and in fact get refunds.
After taking the maximum deductions and credits you know Romney's effective tax rate will be lower than 15%.

That effective tax rate is not gonna be very high when you look at the amount of gross income compared to what he really paid in taxes.
