that the snow pack just isn't building this winter. Any truth to this?

If California doesn't get it this time of year, NM doesn't tend to get it.

(17,162 posts)All of our empty bottles and jars are full of water- a drop of bleach
keeps them potable.
Highly recommend others do the same.
Crazy thing is- we had a rain barrel roof top program
in SoCal to prepare for this very thing- problem was,
no one could obtain the services to install them.
Be ready to ride mane people.

(6,086 posts)needs to change the way so many waste water. I used to live in SoCal , native) and I've seen sprinklers run where water in running down the street
