"Jim DeMint, Tea Party Silverback" -- Am I the only one who heard that?

Maybe it was just the power of suggestion, but I think I hear a major network talking head refer to DeMint as a "Tea Party Silverback". I backed up and listened again and heard the same thing.

It's appropriate, but perhaps just a fig newton of my imagination.

Anyone else hear that?

but I agree it is an apt description. However, it is a nasty swipe at Silverbacks.

He's more like one of those retrocreatures that are pulled from the sea at times. He's a throwback in more ways than one. I would like to throw him back!
