Rick Perry retroactively dropping out of race in a campaign season first.
For the first time in history, Rick Perry is going to announce that he dropped out the race some time in December. It is still unclear why he did not officially announce this earlier and why he still attended the debates since that time. Perhaps it was a cruel joke by the Texas Democratic Party?
