Michigan Republican Unseated After Losing to Democrat by 20 Points

A Republican county commissioner has been unseated in Michigan after losing to her Democratic challenger by 20 percentage points.

Chris Kleinjans won an Ottawa County election on Tuesday with 60 percent of the vote share, while the Republican incumbent Lucy Ebel lost, having received 40 percent.

This is a county that Trump won with 61 percent of the vote in 2020!

And my brother and his wife live in Grand Haven, in the Northern part of Ottawa County. This group has been an absolute joke and a disaster. It's been cnstant lawsuits due to their illegal acts that have cost the county millions in legal fees. These are Trumpster extremes and people are done with them.

It's special election after special election where the Democrat is not just winning, but outperforming 2020 or 2022 by a large amount. This was a red county, Trump won it by 30 points.

Know this, if Republicans were killing it like this and beating the polls and previoous performance by like 10, 20, 30, or even 40 points in Blue districts, the media would be talking non stop about how November is going to be the Red Wave of all Red Waves. Imagine if a Republican beat a Democrat by 20 in a county Biden won by 30 points in 2020? The media would be asking Biden to resign immediately.
