2 things.

First, the internet is important to all political extremists.

Second, Ron Paul is doing twice as well as in 2008 for a reason. There is a small but vocal segment of republicans that has internalized generations of government hating rhetoric and actually do hate and distrust the government institutionally. SOPA=Black Helicopters

FWIW, I will suggest that Dem leadership abandon SOPA/PIPA with some excuse and further hearing being required to flesh out things. I think there stupid loyalty to Dodd is not serving them well.

that was a debate stunt because he got to answer last (I doubt anyone but Paul could have disagreed with what Santorum said) but he handled it right, rather than saying "me too." Got in a "law and order" pitch.
