An Open Marriage with Newt Gingrich is NOT Sexy
per Larry O'Donnell on MSNBC. A commentator was stating that the Gingrich "Open marriage" story was sexy. O'Donnell stopped him and said, "open marriage with newt is NOT SEXY" and everyone laughed. Funny.

Same with "Swingers" in the seventies. I was just a kid then. But I figured out a few things. Key party? EEEWWW!!!
Besides, I think what Newt wanted was not exactly an Open Marriage.
I thought the definition of that is where you still love someone and are emotionally committed to them but want to have some casual sex with other people.
Not my thing...but I can understand it...in a way.
But, what Newt wanted was for wife number two to put up with him having a sham of a marriage with her for personal appearances, while he had moved on to another partner. He also just didn't want to pay her money in a divorce...that's all.
