So, I guess I missed the 'REASON' why Perry dropped out of the race

Did anyone hear WHY he decided to drop out today?

Other than low poll numbers - was it because he cause an international incident when he had suggested that Turkey should be kicked out of NATO and he called the leaders Islamic terrorists?

Anyone know?

Boy, you should have seen Perry's face when he was later told that such wasn't possible.

Sorry. I don't know the 'real' reason.

That and his low polling numbers... I mean, honestly, its hard to be dumber than Bush, but damn, its pretty bad that Perry is an actual Govenor of a state. Its pretty bad when we have Govenor's like Perry and Palin... Its sad that these people ascended into the offices that they did, and its sad how little people pay any attention to the people who are making top decisions in their states for them.... Is it any wonder America is looking like shambles these days?

Perry said he saw "no path forward." He just couldn't make up for prior mistakes. Also, I think, Gingrich and Palin and Perry had a pow-wow and made a deal. If they back Gingrich, they'll end up in the administration.

7. He just realized he's been campaigning in the wrong Carolina for three weeks

After stops in Charlotte, Raleigh, High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Asheville, he finally figured out why everyone would laugh and smile every time he said "It's great to be in South Carolina!"

"Who knew there were two Carolina's? If I were president, I'd eliminate the North one and, uh, let's see... The North one and, aw, I dunno. Oops."
