Biden should use his last months in office to set maximum age limits for the presidency, congress, and Supreme Court

Saw on Reddit, but I think that would be a great idea and be a major policy change that gets us another "key" to the White House.

We desperately need to win the trifecta to get many meaningful reforms,

Some things can be done by congress, others require a constitutional amendment.

Republicans won't cooperate in either situation.

The constitution already sets the parameters for those offices. An EO is useless. It'd be challenged in the court and tossed out.

People age differently, so why would you set some maximum age limit? Someone can be sharp as a tuck at 90, while someone else can develop dementia at 60.

Congress would have to change the laws for Congress, and a Constitutional amendment would be needed for SCOTUS. Ain't happening.
