Our Occupy Movie Night

We invited the public to join us for a viewing of Inside Job with discussion following. Had a good crowd! This is the handout we made (and ran out of); on the back were listed "friends and allies", groups and organizations that work to address various issues that are consistent with Occupy's concerns. We also provided contact information for congresscritters and other electeds, as well as LTTE info for local publications.

Progressive occupiers would work to move the country leftward. I think most people who support OWS are progressive, not the stereotypical anarchists used to attack the movement. We can fix the system, we don't have to reinvent the wheel.
