I don't know the dynamics the superdelegates play in a GOP primary
Is it possible for the super delegates to ignore the will of the primary voters and hand it to Romney ?

(31,706 posts)The longer the rushpublican clown car demolition derby goes on the more damaged both the party and the nominee is. Jebbie's got a nice life right now making lots of money and doesn't need to take a pay cut to placate his or someone else's ego. Whomever the nominee is will have a party split at least three ways with lots of bad blood between those factions...only fools would want this "award"...but we now have those four fools driving those clown cars.

(31,706 posts)I think it's a mix of 50% voted delegates and 50% superdelegates so there's a strong possibility that if there's no clear winner going into the convention those super delegates will decide who gets the nomination...
