1. Announce you're against the Senate bill

2. Get turd party and other Rs to side with you

3. Force Boner to either fail to bring bill to the House floor, or put him in a position where it passes only with a majority of Ds/minority of Rs

4. Get Boner upset enough to turn on the waterworks

5. Spread the word that Boner is a spineless crybaby and a shill for Obama

6. Challenge Boner for the Speakership

When POTUS schools him and he loses the House in 2014. Speaker Cantor would hasten the demise of the GOP, but the rest of us would be paying the bills until that happens.

Why the people in Richmond re-elected him is a mystery to me. The guy used inside information to bet against the government in the debt ceiling and he made a bundle of money. Go figure.
