1. He'd go (I) and caucus with the Dems to stick a finger in Boehner's eye.

If he can get some NY and NJ Republicans to join him, it could have the effect of throwing the Speaker's gavel to Nancy Pelosi, which would be the ultimate poke in the eye to the Teabagger caucus.

grandstanding terrorist sympathizer.
He sees which way the wind is blowing. Long Island can elect a real Dem in 14.

and I am one of his biggest critics
It is because of him that KSM wasn't allowed to be tried downtown
but better we regain the house, and this is yet another reason why the critics of Obama don't realize the longterm goal here

We could win the house yet in 2014

I disagree about 'welcoming' King ... no kisses or hugs, to be sure ... but gosh, what a blow to the Repuglican majority in the House.

If he actually did it (which I doubt) it could start a chain reaction of switches by 'moderate' (such as they are) Repuglicans (to Democrat or independent) that could throw control of the House into question.

And ... not voting for Sandy disaster relief is also a huge error on the part of Repuglican House leadership. Frankly, I think maybe it ought to be enough for some Repuglicans to desert that party.

13. I think you're right. We will see some defections before long. If not in party, then in caucuses.

It will be, to a small extent, Democrats and Republicans versus the Tea Party!

Remember way back when a bunch of DINOs defected to become RINOs. It's a sign that the political winds are really changing. Unfortunately, some of them go on to be Senators but hey... that's the game.

He's a terrorist enabler and a hateful bigot. Being right about this doesn't automatically make him my friend.

not considering becoming Dem, but he is pissed.

Really like hearing these guys (King, Cole) telling their party off.
