'nuclear option'. He's using the trick of recessing to extend the first senate day to last indefinitely
so they have more time to either reach a compromise or use the 51-vote option.

he should remind McConnell that the Dems can filibuster just as well as Republicans and they are willing to filibuster EVERY BILL that comes out of the GOP House if McConnell doesn't back off on his filibuster abuse.
