Mitt Romney making $21 Million/year IS the problem.
They (Mitt & Newt) talk about what kind of society we want for our children yet the example they're setting for our children is one that shows them hard work isn't valued or even rewarded. Here are 2 men that probably never did a lick of manual labor in their lives and certainly not 'hard work' yet are rewarded with millions of dollars by firing workers, stashing their profits in another country, cheating, and speaking at events that are notoriously anti-Govt.
What has Mitt done to earn that?! Or even Newt for that matter?! We are rewarding all the wrong people in this society and these 2 are directly part of the problem in terms of setting that example. Right now there is a doctor somewhere that is opening a 4yr old little girls chest and implanting a brand new heart in her body to give her a 2nd chance at life, and THAT doctor doesn't make close to that. There is a firefighter somewhere running into a burning house to save a family while risking him never making it home to see his own family, and THAT firefighter doesn't make that. Sanitation workers who actually provide a service of value to our society that pays more taxes than Mitt Romney. (Not to mention without sanitation workers society would collapse pretty quickly)
On the other hand President Obama's life story IS the American Dream and a great example of the society we want for all to live in, as well as a great role model for our children. Success through hard work and perseverance, or lying cheating corruption, those are the choices our children see in the difference between Obama and his republican challengers.
