It was one of the very worst things that EVER happened to this nation. I don't think we will ever recover from that one.

I'd be prone to put the worst as the election theft of 2000, as it set the stage for all the rest.

...and I hope everyone keeps that in mind going into the next election - enough "both parties are the same" and "what difference does it make" - seriously, unless we want to get another list going, it does make a difference!
