Today in Peace and Justice history on January 9, 1967

Julian Bond, elected more than a year before, was finally sworn in as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives. The legislature had refused to allow him to take his seat because of his opposition to the Vietnam War . . . . Bond had been the director of SNCC. http://bit.ly/ZH3toQ

I think its very best example of rule of law.Every should be accountable for his act.But In one way this unethical and not good attitude towards one public elected personal.
