His presidency hasn't been perfect, he's done some things that absolutely piss me off. And even tonight, there were a few issues here and there I may have felt some disagreement with.
But goddamn, watching him work the crowd before the speech, taking the stage, and delivering his SOTU - it filled me with a sense of renewed pride. Watching the reactions of Boehner, Cantor, and other repukes helped to emphasize just how much really is at stake in this year's election.
