It was a great speech.

He reached the anger that Americans feel and proposed positive solutions. And, most important, he should some resolve and courage.

Obama promised change.

Well, if he keeps the spirit he showed in this speech, he just might achieve some really meaningful change.

He spoke to us, the 99%, not the 1%. And the people loved him for that.

We don't need drastic changes to our system. We just need small adjustments here and there that make our society fairer for everyone. Education is a big one. Also the responsibility for honesty and fair dealing in lending is on everyone's shoulders. Obama pointed that out. I think he took a very balanced view. I hope that his administration carries through on the proposals in this speech.
