OK, it's all inclusive, but man does this illustrate the gap between the rich and everyone else.

HIs books should be required reading for everyone in the US.

But I'd rather spend $2000 on something else...unless his ghost visited me and gave me an idea for a great new novel.

I think he'd laugh his ass off at that hotel bill first....
