Some Democratic Logic To The NRA's Latest Controversial Ad

First of all, the ad is completely false because President Obama today called for $150 million to go to schools that would like to put armed guards in schools, and if that is a choice that a local school makes, it is something that the federal government would support.

I just want to refute this argument that armed guards would solve the problem. Not only did both Columbine and Virginia Tech have armed guards, but right-wingers should be reminded that President Reagan was shot and nearly killed as he was surrounded by some of the best trained armed guards in the world.

The NRA has sunk to a new low when they attack the safety of a President's children.
