Wait a minute ... Wal-Mart is now tinkering with the idea of "Buy American" as a way to

restore "its" image?

To what ... the 90s, when all their commercials used to point out that they had (mostly) American-made products? (which, by the way, was pushed by Bill Clinton back when he was Guv of Arkansas)
