There's the actual swearing in where all they do is raise their hand and the photo op where they put their hand on the Bible.

In this case, Obama is going to be sworn in privately the day before the public event.

It gives them a reason to claim Obama isn't REALLY legitimate.

He needs to do SOMETHING after his ruling on the ACA.

But there were many on the Right who used the event.

Indirectly, he was given credit.

Since then they have criticized him.

There's a motive to get in their good graces again.

Right now some of them are saying Roberts should be impeached if he swears in Obama since Obama isn't a US citizen.

Once on Sunday and again on Monday.

If he does, it will make President Obama the most "sworn in" pres. in US history with 6 - twice last time and 4 this time.
