According to Rachel Maddow's definition - Republicans = Trolls

That's all they are of late. It's all a performance for votes and fundraising and attention - or misdirection. It's a joke. She is saying that the NRA are trolls but I think the entire Republican party iz Trollz.

On a related topic I was obsessed with troll dolls in the early 1970s or was it the late 60s. I liked the way they smelled, etc. Funny that they are still popular after all these years and they have gained in meaning.

reposting audio, tweeting all the obnoxious things they say & do all day. I've often thought about it are we feeding the beast by doing these things...

Less cute, red nose. I thought the segment was great as well. This is under our .. noses but it's just so hard to accept that anyone would so bluntly abuse their position. It seems unnatural not to want to help other Americans, there are rewards for that that should outshine the base rewards they seem to be after. How do such unethical people rise to the top, that is what I'm left wondering.

The media needs to treat trolls as trolls and begin to systematically ignore them, the problem, and even Rachel contributes, is the money making element of cable and news that feeds on the interactions with trolls.

Many msnbc hosts give them attention. Rachel may need to model new behaviors, namely that the humor is not worth it. We all do, though who can pass up a good Michelle Bachman story. etc.

Milbank wrote a piece , on crazy militia loving TX Steve Stockman who wants to impeach Obama.
He's delighted by his reelection, because it seems likely he would make Louie Gohmert appear sane.

Bringing the crazy in the House. http://wapo.st/S08B40
MSM thrives on controversy, it's bad for America but great for headlines.

That story really illustrates the problem. What a true disaster with the redistricting especially.

I sense you also enjoyed Trolls of Yore, I'm sure they use inferior materials on the new ones.

Bisphenol A from toy plastics that made them less aromatic in that "classic toy" sort of way. Jk

You can also say that the other trolls smell considerably different from the toy ones as well.
