We have a few varities of owls here, I never see them.
hear them, yes.
Esp. the screech owl...THAT is an unforgettable sound.

Never would have noticed except it was I was looking up and it was a moonlit night and the owl blocked out the rather bright sky as it flew over, I never heard a thing, they really are quiet.
