will appear with bangs. Just as it was four years ago - and running - when they started wearing sleeveless tops to show that they, too, have "sculptured" upper arms.

Speaking of Mrs. Obama, for some reason, I thought how she looked when they returned to Washington after election day was really classy!

Something about her in this picture says "I am the wife of a two-term President, and you're not, Ann Romney!"

I think she looks younger with them. But it will take me awhile to get used to her face with them. Either way, inside and out, she is a beautiful woman.

I saw her and heard her speak during the 2008 campaign, when she came to my city. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The energy and excitement in the convention center was palpable. I'll never forget how thrilled I was. She is amazing!!

Michelle is only 49 and Mamie was in her 60s. Although those overly short bangs wouldn't have suited anyone at any age. I guess it was a 50s thing.

I really don't like them and I hope she lets them grow in as soon as possible. It's too bad she didn't wait until after the inauguration.

Uplighting, IMO. The shadow below her cheekbones gives her skin a "five-o'clock shadow" on her lower jaw. I think lighting would correct that.

I think bangs emphasize a person's eyes. I'm about Mrs. Obama's age, and I've always had bangs. They're very flattering, IMHO. I think they look great on her.
