Need assistance refuting a Facebook post

A "friend" posted this nonsense:

It turns out the problem is so Simple...... Don't let Democrats have guns!
Ft Hood Shooter - Registered Democrat.
Columbine - both families were progressive liberal Democrats.
Virginia Tech Shooter - Registered Democrat - Wrote hate mail to Bush.
Connecticut School Shooter - Registered Democrat; hated Christians.
Colorado Theater Shooter - progressive liberal Democrat; staff worker for the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street!
Remind me again, who thinks the Tea Party is Evil???

I've checked Snopes but can't find anything as to party affiliation. Anybody got answers? I cannot leave this BS unchallenged.

Can't refute it for certain, but how could it have not been reported that the CO shooter worked for the Obama campaign?

Remember, the goal with FB is often just to get your b.s. out there, then sit back and let a thousand other idiots do your dirty work by sharing it.

Remember, the goal with FB is often just to get your b.s. out there, then sit back and let a thousand other idiots do your dirty work by sharing it.

And the same is true with the forwarded email. In fact with both Facebook and forwarded emails, the poster/sender will try to shame the viewer into liking and/or sharing -- i.e., "If you don't care about abandoned puppies/little children with cancer/wounded veterans/the future of the nation, just keep scrolling past!"

And scams is what they are. I mean, who LIKES cancer, or who doesn't think it's cute that some little girls want a puppy? My question has always been WHY? What do posters gain? Well, as always, it's about the money.

In Facebook's quest to monetize the sight, they've written all sorts of algorithm's to track what viewer' like and view. Notice that names of the FB pages end to be either totally generic in nature, or quite specific. That is so they are marketable.

Once a post starts getting lots of traffic, FB's algoriths "notice" and the FB page starts having a value. Not just for pushing ads, but the page itself become valuable. Like a popular web page. There is actually a list of FB pages for sale, complete with a built-in list of followers.

So think before you like. That little girl with Down Syndrome who doesn't think she's pretty is probably just an old stock photo, and by "Liking," you're just helping some dude make a few hundred bucks.

Killed 316,000+. And domestically, at least another 4,000 died.

Not counting the Constitutional law breaking. Leave the second amendment. He broke the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. At least.

Did you ask for links/references?

As are hammers. Until a human picks one up.

Newton's first law of motion is often stated as

An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

That of course is Physics not snark.

Then quote Bill Clinton: It takes a lot of stones to blame somebody else for what you did.

Who gives a shit about their party affiliation. If the FB poster finds comfort in saying they were Dems, just contradict him with no proof.

ON EDIT: people did the leg work. He was wrong. I doubt he'll accept these facts.

One of the not-so-great things about Facebook
is the lack of fact checkers and outright lies.
This means we do our own fact checking.
And your post does not pass my checking.
