Brian Williams was giving him crap for not going over the fence when the President went by to get a comment .
Then Biden strolls by and initially waves at Al but keeps going
then Biden suddenly runs over to Al and shakes his hand.
Surprised the Secret Service too.
Al gives Brian Williams and the camera a triumphant "Take that "anchorman" look.
