Wry understatement of the day

Rapper Lupe Fiasco was removed from the stage for making anti-Obama comments during a performance for the US Presidential inauguration celebrations.

Fiasco told told the audience at Hamilton Live in US capital Washington D.C. that he did not vote for Barack Obama in the November 2012 election, and proceeded to perform a half-hour anti-war song, reports Complex. When he refused to move on to the next song, a team of security guards came on stage and told him to go, report journalists in attendance.

Fiasco previously described Obama as the "biggest terrorist" in America in an interview with CBS news. In another interview, this time with Philadelphia radio station Power 99FM, he described Obama as a "child killer", saying: "On one hand, you have someone who is a great speaker, but kills little children – our President… I'm talking about ordering a drone attack. Ordering drone attacks that go and kill mothers, innocent bystanders, children. Militants too, but the collateral damage. You're responsible for that, too."

All of which raises the question of why Fiasco was booked to perform at a celebration of Obama winning a second term in the first place.

Does Rand/Ron Paul, Chris Hedges, and Glenn Greenwald KNOW enough to arm just anyone who says they oppose the U.N. and/or PO? Whatever's right or wrong in these countries, none of it is made any better by arming anyone and everyone Fast-and Furious style.

People who bitch about drones are ,possibly, not only johnny-come-latelies to war resistance, something that they suddenly found somekind of commitment to that just so happened to co-incide with a relatively successful racist candidate known as Ron Paul, but also opponents to 3rd world countries controlling the flow of AMERICAN arms into their countries by means of treaties with the U.N.

Even if there is a point to UN financial corruption, which could also just be competition with Libertarians for foreign markets of certain types, do you think that UN corruption matters to children of newly created Bushmaster owners? One person's "liberator", as we saw in Libya, can be a bunch of other people's terrorists, drone targets, or only part of a longer more collaborative process as that which rose to the surface in Egypt on 9/11/12. Do the Pauls/Hedges/Greenwald know enough to predict the outcomes of supporting the NRA's BUSHMASTER markets anywhere and everywhere?
