Signing a recall form is a social function,

which most will do to not offend neighbors, coworkers or friends.

But voting to recall has an unamerican feeling about it. It goes against our idea of a handshake is a deal, you go home with the one that brung ya, I made a horrible mistake noway, we are moving the goal posts, or the ballot is the way it is until the next one.

Lack of any strong candidates in the WI recall confirms my opinion and will probablly lead to the Gov finishing out his term.
